Life Skills Training

At NewIDAFE we can support you to learn a range of life skills which you can use each day.

We use a Person Centred approach to support you to learn the skills so that you can live with more independence, confidence and control.

Examples of some of the options that we offer are :

• Eating healthy food

• Shopping for groceries

• Cooking

• Personal hygiene

• Support to join gyms, Educational courses or Interest groups.

• Cleaning

• Laundry, ironing, and mending
